DraftBay operates primarily offline on your device. We do not collect:
- Your eBay listings or product data
- Files or images you process (deleted immediately after AI analysis)
- Analytics or tracking data from the desktop application
- Personal content from your AI-generated listings
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only for:
- Purchase Processing: To complete your transaction and send download links
- Customer Support: To respond to your questions and provide technical assistance
- Product Updates: To notify you of important updates or security patches (you can opt out)

DraftBay uses centralized AI processing for listing generation. We:

- Delete your images immediately after processing
- Requests are authenticated using your DraftBay account
- Handle all AI interactions on your behalf through our backend
Your images are processed securely and are never stored permanently. All AI processing is included with your subscription.
